Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you full command over your mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box in an instant and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can forward email messages from one electronic mail account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mail box accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming electronic mails based on specific criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email box account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Just specify the mailbox account you want to redirect electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your email mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
